Onboarding Linxa by Conversation, Without Surrendering Control
Paste a website. Review what Linxa understands. Correct it in plain language. Nothing runs until you say so.
Setting up a sales tool usually means filling out a long form before you know whether the tool actually understands what you sell. You answer twenty questions about your ICP, upload a CSV, write message templates—and only then discover the defaults were wrong.
Linxa's new default onboarding reverses that order. You start a conversation. Linxa does the interpretation work. You review, correct, and refine. Nothing sends until you explicitly enable it.
How it works, step by step
Paste your website
Linxa reads your site and generates an Ideal Customer Profile: company size, industry, seniority, geography, and likely use case. You see the draft immediately.
Review the ICP
The generated profile is displayed in plain text, not a locked form. Read it, check whether it matches your actual buyers, and tell Linxa what is wrong.
Correct it conversationally
"We only target Series A and B companies" or "Remove recruiters—they're not our buyer." Linxa updates the ICP from your message. No re-filling forms.
Check prospects and drafts
Linxa shows sample prospects matching the revised ICP and previews the message drafts it would send. You can adjust tone, specificity, or any example before approving.
Resume later, pick up where you left off
If you close the tab and return tomorrow, the conversation and all your corrections are saved. Linxa resumes exactly where you stopped—no re-entering context.
Invites and messages stay off during setup
No connection requests are sent during the onboarding conversation. Growth Agent remains paused until you review prospects, approve the message drafts, and turn it on.
Why the conversational approach
Sales tools fail at onboarding for a predictable reason: they ask for information before they've earned trust. You don't know yet whether the tool understands your market, so every answer you give feels provisional.
The conversational approach makes Linxa's understanding visible and correctable immediately. When you see the generated ICP and recognize something wrong, you fix it with a message. That interaction also shows you how Linxa interprets natural language—which is useful context before you write your first real outreach sequence.
For accounts that were already set up
The new conversational flow (/signup3) is now the default for new signups and for existing accounts that started setup but never completed it. If you already have a configured Growth Agent, your settings are unchanged.
Start with a conversation, not a form
Paste your website and see what Linxa understands about your buyers in under two minutes.
