Profile

Your LinkedIn profile report, with request history and budgets

Find the full report for each accessible account in Team → LinkedIn Profiles. Open Reports to review leads, invitations, connections, messages, replies and pipeline events, with date, action and product filters. Open Limits & settings to see the types of requests Linxa sent to LinkedIn, request activity over time, and successful, failed or pending attempts. Check your used and remaining request budget, reset time, invitation reserve and sending limits. These budgets are internal limits set by Linxa to help protect your account by controlling request volume and pacing. The request history covers server requests; direct browser-extension requests are outside this budget. Retries and failed attempts also count toward usage.

Telegram

Your outreach day, delivered to Telegram

We’ve added evening Telegram reports and notifications for new replies in LinkedIn sequence conversations. Review confirmed outreach activity, pending work and replies that need attention from your private Telegram chat. Reply alerts can include a Linxa draft for review; sending requires your explicit approval of the full reply. Connect Telegram from Linxa’s Setup Telegram page, select your own accounts, and choose your report time, timezone and quiet hours.

MCP

Meet the Linxa MCP Sandbox

Explore Linxa’s REST and MCP workflows with synthetic data before connecting a real account. The sandbox includes a tool catalog, a request playground and public demo scenarios for an active session, a lost session and rate limits. Nothing is sent to LinkedIn. Use invented text only; demo state is shared and can reset.

Team

Delegate administration with clear account boundaries

Owner, Admin and Member roles separate team responsibilities. Admins can manage invitations and non-owner membership, while ownership transfer remains owner-only. Administrative rights do not automatically grant access to another person’s LinkedIn account or private inbox.

Outreach

Share an invitation budget across your products

Choose a shared queue or split allocation between products, then inspect the weekly preview before saving. Exclude a product with a zero share, and let unused capacity roll to eligible candidates elsewhere. Account limits and sending safeguards still apply; a preview is not a delivery guarantee.

Reliability

An incomplete import should not look like an empty inbox

Failed or invalid conversation responses remain incomplete for retry. Linxa only marks the requested history complete after the corresponding pages and messages have synced successfully. This separates missing data from a valid empty result.

Reliability

Approval still respects your manual exclusions

A queued follow-up can be stopped when you manually pause or remove its enrollment, block the recipient across sequences, or when the enrollment is missing. Individual approval does not override these exclusions. Your later decision to stop outreach still matters.

CRM

Keep CRM context beside the conversation

Open a contact side panel from Smart Inbox in a CRM-enabled workspace. See the available email, ICP context and matching deals, with links to Contacts and Deals. Keep the buyer’s context close while reviewing the LinkedIn conversation.

Inbox

See the report before sharing your email

Inbox Analyser shows its browser report before asking for an email address. Want a summary in your inbox? Enter your address and confirm the six-digit code. The saved analysis contains the derived report rather than a raw conversation transcript.

Inbox

Give your opening message a closer look

Review opener length, question endings, wording and clear next steps. Inbox Analyser adds AI-assisted pattern analysis and one suggested rewrite. Use the suggestion as an editing starting point; it is not a prediction or guarantee of replies.

Inbox

Spot conversations waiting more than 48 hours

See inbound messages waiting for a reply alongside median reply time and opener-response metrics. Inbox Analyser turns a sample of recent conversations into a clearer picture of where follow-up attention may be needed. The report describes that sample, not your entire LinkedIn history.

Inbox

What does your LinkedIn inbox say about your outreach?

Inbox Analyser reviews up to 60 recent conversations through the Linxa Chrome extension, with your consent. It needs at least three eligible one-to-one conversations and leaves your messages untouched: no sending, editing or deleting.

Content

A draft first. A publishing decision second.

Move from a suggested topic to a post you can edit. Review the wording, then explicitly schedule it or keep it as a draft. Linxa’s content preparation leaves that final publishing decision with you.

Content

Start a content plan without a posting history

You do not need a library of past posts to get started. Social onboarding can ground a 15-day content plan and a first editable draft in your approved product and ICP. Suggested dates are recommendations; generation does not schedule or publish anything.

Dashboard

One product selector brings the Dashboard into focus

Switch the product to align your campaign goal, source suggestions, ICP context, outreach metrics and profile review. The Dashboard keeps the selection in its URL so you can return to the same product view without rebuilding your context.

Profile

Different offers deserve different profile advice

Your LinkedIn profile may serve several products. Linxa keeps profile reviews separate for each account and product, with ICP-specific feedback on Headline and About. Review and copy suggested changes; you decide what to apply on LinkedIn.

Onboarding

Choose your starting point: Outreach, Social, or both

After reviewing your product and ICP, choose the sales motion you want to work on. Outreach leads into campaign preparation; Social prepares content preferences, a plan and an editable first post. Both keeps the outreach branch available.

MCP

Connect Claude through a remote MCP connector

Use Linxa’s MCP Setup screen to connect Claude Desktop or Cowork through a custom remote connector. Follow the displayed endpoint and authorization-header instructions. The setup keeps the connection details together without requiring edits to a local Claude configuration file.

MCP

Ask for the right deals, not the entire CRM

Linxa’s MCP deal queries require a pipeline and status. When either is missing, the agent receives guidance to narrow the request. Paginated results keep CRM context focused; access rules and explicit approval still govern changes.

CRM

Let conversations move the pipeline forward

For CRM-enabled teams, a sequence message can create or advance a matching product deal to Contacted. A reply advances it to Replied. The sync preserves forward progress rather than moving a deal backward, keeping outreach activity connected to your pipeline.

Outreach

Turn your ICP into LinkedIn search ideas

Start with the audience you want to reach. Agent can prepare people-search variations from the selected product’s ICP and offer, then return you to a prefilled source form. Review the search before starting collection.

Outreach

From product context to a three-step draft

Ask Linxa to prepare a sequence using your product’s ICP and offer. Review three proposed steps, optionally tailored to a source, before creating the sequence. Preparation gives you something concrete to edit; it does not enable sending.

Agent

Your ICP, one shortcut away

Review the selected product’s buyer roles, industries, locations and targeting notes from Agent. Open the product to refine them, or define an ICP if one is missing. A clearer audience gives the next search and draft a better starting point.

Agent

One conversation. One product context.

Selling more than one product? Each Linxa Agent conversation stays attached to one product. Choose it before your first task; the context then stays fixed so audience research, positioning and campaign preparation stay connected to the same offer.

MCP

LinkedIn and CRM, in one agent workflow

Give your AI client the conversation context and CRM tools it needs through Linxa MCP. Discover a pipeline, inspect relevant deals, and keep LinkedIn context close to the next action. CRM tools follow workspace access; changes require explicit approval.
