A daily Linxa product brief, tailored to your goals

What changed in Linxa? Why does it matter for your work? What could you try next? Give your AI assistant this prompt to keep your daily review focused.

Our product updates page brings together short notes on Linxa workflows. We’re sharing a reusable prompt that asks your assistant to compare that page with its last successful check, explain relevant changes, and suggest a next step based on your role and goals.

Make the brief useful to you

  1. Copy the prompt below. Replace the three placeholders with your role, goals, and preferred report language. For example: “Founder selling B2B software”, “Review prospect replies daily and keep follow-ups organized”, and “Ukrainian”.
  2. Choose an assistant that supports this workflow. It needs scheduled web access and a way to retain the last successful baseline between runs. Confirm that it can do both before relying on the comparison.
  3. Confirm the schedule and timezone. Ask for 9:00 AM daily in your timezone, then check the saved schedule. Copying the prompt alone does not create a scheduled task.

Copy the complete prompt

Every day at 9:00 AM in my timezone, check https://www.uselinxa.com/blog/product-updates and compare it with the last successful check.

Report only new, removed, or substantially changed product updates. For each change:
- Briefly explain what changed and include its date and link.
- Explain how it could help me achieve my goals.
- Suggest a practical next step based on that change.

My role: [describe your role]
My goals: [describe your goals]
Report language: [your preferred language]

On the first run, save a baseline for future comparisons.

If nothing has changed, say only: “No changes.”

If the page cannot be accessed, say that the check could not be completed and keep the last successful baseline.

Clearly distinguish published product capabilities from your recommendations. Do not repeat advice about unchanged features or invent expected results. Provide analysis and suggestions only; do not take actions on my behalf.

What to expect from the check

The first successful run should save a baseline for future comparisons. Later runs should report only new, removed, or substantially changed updates, with a date, a source link, an explanation of how the change could help your goals, and a practical next step.

If the page is unchanged, the requested response is simply “No changes.” If the page cannot be accessed, the assistant should report that the check could not be completed and keep its last successful baseline.

Read the facts. Choose your next step.

The linked product note is the source for what Linxa has published. The assistant’s explanation and suggested next step are recommendations for you to review. A removed or edited note alone does not establish that a capability was withdrawn, and a note’s date is not proof of a production release date or plan availability.

The prompt requests analysis and suggestions only. You decide whether to try a workflow or change a setting.
