Dark Theme Is Here

Linxa now has a full dark mode. Everything—inbox, dashboard, Agent workspace, Signals—responds to your system preference or your manual choice.

We have been asked about dark mode consistently since the product launched. The request makes sense: a lot of sales work happens late in the day, and a bright white inbox at 7pm is not comfortable. We also work in Linxa ourselves—and we wanted it too.

Today it ships. Here is what changed, what you need to do to enable it, and a few decisions we made in the design that are worth explaining.

Linxa — Dark Mode

How it works

Follows your system

By default, Linxa uses your operating system preference. If your device switches to dark mode at sunset, Linxa follows automatically.

Manual override

You can pin Linxa to light or dark mode regardless of your system setting. The toggle is in the top-right menu of the dashboard.

Full coverage

Dark mode is applied across every surface: inbox, dashboard, Growth Agent, Signals, Linxa Agent workspace, and settings.

Instant switch

Switching between light and dark is immediate—no reload required. Your preference is saved per account, not per browser.

Design decisions worth noting

Dark mode is not simply an inversion of the light palette. A few things we specifically thought about:

  • True dark, not gray. The primary background in dark mode is #0F1117—close to pure black but with a slight warm tint that reads as intentional, not washed out.
  • Status colors stay readable. The amber bottleneck signal, the teal agent dot, and the violet primary actions are all recalibrated for dark backgrounds so they do not wash out or oversaturate.
  • No red in dark mode either. The red-free design rule applies in both themes. Errors use amber or the border-only treatment; destructive actions are behind a confirmation step.
  • Font weight unchanged. We use 400 and 500 weights only. Dark mode did not change this—no compensating with heavier weights to improve contrast.

How to enable it

If your device is already in dark mode, Linxa will already look different when you open it today. If you want to switch manually: open the dashboard, click the profile menu in the top-right corner, and choose Appearance. You'll see three options: System, Light, and Dark.

Switch to dark mode

Open your dashboard and select Appearance from the top-right menu. Your preference syncs across devices.
